Welcome to llmdb.app. By accessing our platform at any sub-route, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms are a legal agreement between you and Araho Digital (araho.app), which owns and operates llmdb.app.

1. Terms Acceptance

If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately terminate your session and discontinue use of llmdb.app. We reserve the right to alter or replace these terms at any time. Continued usage represents acceptance of the revised conditions.

2. Account and Sandbox Usage

llmdb.app provides a multi-model prompt execution sandbox. You agree to use the sandbox responsibly:

• Quota Compliance: You will not attempt to bypass the daily sandbox run limit (20 runs per day for free users) through automated script injections or profile duplication.
• Content Guidelines: You will not input prompts designed to generate hate speech, malware, or coordinate cyberattacks.
• Intellectual Property: Prompts uploaded to the community library must be owned by you or released under open-source licenses.

3. Payments and Billing

All subscription plans (Pro upgrades, Academy track purchases) are managed via Paddle as our Merchant of Record. By initiating a purchase, you agree to abide by Paddle’s customer terms. Prices are subject to VAT/sales taxes checked by Paddle.

4. Limitations of Liability

llmdb.app and Araho Digital (araho.app) provide all resources, prompts, and tool descriptions on an "as-is" basis. We offer no guarantees regarding model uptime, response accuracy, or downstream software errors.

5. Trademark and Copyright

All llmdb.app layout structure codes, graphic bento widgets, and brand assets are intellectual property of Araho Digital (araho.app).

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Araho Digital operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, including their formation or breach, shall be settled through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of our operating jurisdiction.

8. Termination & Changes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the prompt sandbox or platform features at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests. We may modify these Terms at any time, and continuing to use the platform indicates your agreement to the modified terms.
